Learn More About the Policies We're Updating

Due to changes in data privacy laws, we’re making updates to our End-User License Agreement (EULA), Website Terms of Use (TOU), and Privacy Policy. These changes will go into effect on May 1, 2020.

We are not changing the ways that we collect, use, or share your information. Here’s a quick summary of the changes:

  • Our EULA has been updated to include reference to web licenses and has expanded language regarding use restrictions and obligations. The EULA governs your use of Itasca software products, unless you have executed a customized agreement with us.
  • Our Website Terms of Use is a new document that covers your use of Itasca’s website and any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website.
  • Our Privacy Policy has been updated to address new legal requirements, including the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Privacy Policy is part of Itasca’s Terms of Use and EULA and describes what information we collect and how we use it.
  • We encourage you to review these policies and familiarize yourself with the changes. By continuing to use the Software or Services on or after May 1, 2020, you agree to our policies.
