Data Solutions Specialist and Marketing Assistant

As the Data Solutions Specialist for Itasca, Jennifer is responsible for the global administration of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform aligned with Itasca’s overall business strategy. Jennifer manages the platform and its functionality, employee training requirements, customer data, opportunity generation, and data retrieval. Jennifer also administers the web-based collaborative platform SharePoint, managing access configuration, sites and site collections, permissions, and security requests. She also maintains document libraries and SharePoint apps. As the Marketing Assistant for Itasca, she supports the Technical Marketing Senior Engineer, creates customer email campaigns, and provides administrative support for all professional conferences and events.
