Jennifer Andrews geophysics. Dr. Andrews specializes in processing and interpreting passive seismic data from natural and induced microseismicity, and in developing advanced processing algorithms for ASC’s InSite Seismic Processor. She completed her Ph.D. at Cambridge University on seismological studies of deep earth structure using data from global seismographic stations. Dr. Andrews has experience in microseismic monitoring of hydrofracture stimulations for petroleum reservoirs, and analysis of seismicity around developing and operational commercial geothermal energy fields. Her algorithm developments are focused on enhancing waveform signals through digital processing, and increasing the effectiveness of source location and source parameter inversion.
